A Day of Meditation Practice in the Dzogchen Tradition of Nyoshul Khenpo Rinpoche and Lama Surya Das
Embracing Your World:the single savour of Equanimity & Love During this time we will practice Natural Meditation, Equanimity and Compassion, as well as chanting and other supportive practices. Teachings and meditation guidance will be offered, and there will be opportunities for questions. The day is appropriate for all regardless of experience or background, and is offered free of charge. Please register to reserve a space, since space is limited. Further details will be sent upon registration. Practices will be led by Daniela Coriat and Christopher Coriat, who are both long-time students of Lama Surya Das and serve as national practice leaders for Dzogchen Center. This event is sponsored by Dzogchen Center Southern California practice groups, and will be held at The Meeting Room (off 1-10 Fwy at Overland). There is ample free covered parking.
