Sunday Morning Meditation Group in Orange County

We will practice natural meditation together, supported by chanting, guidance, readings and questions, in the Dzogchen tradition of Nyoshul Khenpo Rinpoche and Lama Surya Das.

This regular session, held every other week, is a wonderful opportunity for meditation in a group setting, and to connect with this timeless contemplative tradition. It is entirely appropriate for those new to meditation, as well as those more experienced.

From 55 Fwy southbound (toward the beach), exit 4 Del Mar Ave/Fair Dr.
Merge onto Newport Blvd (south), then turn left at Vanguard Way.
Cross the freeway and turn left again on Newport Blvd.

Going North on Newport Blvd, pass Santa Isabel Avenue and then look for the "Seacoast Village / Visions and Dreams" store sign on the right before reaching the next intersection, which is Monte Vista. The sign is easily missed.

If coming from Newport Beach, stay on Newport Blvd and follow the instructions in the previous paragraph.

There is parking in the Visions and Dreams lot.

The classroom is # 3, two doors up from the Visions and Dreams store itself.

There are chairs available. If you prefer to sit on the floor, please bring a cushion.

About the Group: We are a local group led by Dzogchen Center national practice leaders Daniela Coriat and Christopher Coriat under the spiritual direction of best-selling author Lama Surya Das.
